If you have had a hard time getting started with any kind of fitness program, I would recommend that you start with the Sneak Up On Fitness series, especially parts I, II, and III.
I do enjoy sharing what I’ve learned over the past 30+ years; I am available to talk to your group. Just give me an idea of the nature of the audience so that I can try to make things relevant for them.
