Over the course of the last 32 years, I have researched about every strength/performance related supplement. I have experimented with many of them, and have come to believe that many of them will benefit somebody some of the time. However, most are at best only marginally effective and for the most part not worth the money.

One of these days I will write in depth about the five that I have used consistently over the years for the simple reason that they work: They are: 1) a daily multi-vitamin, 2) protein powder, 3) creatine monohydrate, 4) HMB, 5) Protandim by LifeVantage.

Here’s a good, quick history of LifeVantage. Yes, it employs direct sales (network marketing) as a distribution model; however, it did not start out that way. Take a look at the video a learn why it was the logically essential to go that route.
